Analysis And Design Of Equipment Maintenance Dispatching Management System Of Kunming Airport Information Technology Department

This system is designed based oil the current operating conditions of Equipment Maintenance Scheduling Management in Information Technology Department of Kunming Changshui International Airport, being analyzed and designed using structuralized methods. The main objectives of the system design are:To improve the mutual collaboration between different sections in the department and enhance work efficiency, and further optimize the business processes; To standardize and digitize the equipment maintenance scheduling management, and enhance the availability and reliability of data and information. Thus to realize the dynamic scheduling management, the change of scheduling methods and the improvement of management level.Firstly, this paper introduced the research background of equipment maintenance scheduling management system in Kunming Changshui International Airport IT Department, discussed the significance and importance of the project and described the main research work; Secondly, analyzed the business requirements and functional requirements of the system in detail using business process diagrams and data flow chart, and described the data dictionary. Moreover, in the system design section, this paper introduced the overall design and function module design of the system and provided the overall functional block diagram of the system (H diagram), including seven modules:business acceptance, dispatch management, troubleshooting, satisfaction management, statistical reports and basic data management. Meanwhile, this paper provided functional block diagram (H diagram), IPO tables and core processing flow chart according to specific the function module design, described the contents of each module design in detail, and designed the database using entity-relationship (ER) diagrams and database table structure; Finally, the paper summarizes and discussed the content of the study, analyzed the existing deficiencies and prospected the further work.
