Design And Implemention Of Telecom Business Acceptance System Based On Business Delegate

Faced with an increasingly open and competitive telecommunication market,telecommunication services are becoming more complex and the business is showingdiversified, process complicated, demand diversified also. The97system uses theC/S two-layer structure. The system lacks of extensibility. It focus on internalmanagement as the center, dealing mainly with telephone service, and does not havethe acceptance of full-service capabilities so it can not meet the full servicetelecommunications support and extensible needs.Aiming at the deficiency of the original system and combining with actualsituation of Hunan Telecom business, on the basis of three-layer Spring/EJB+DWRarchitecture a four-layer Spring Framework architecture design is proposed byadding middle layer between the presentation and logic layers in this paper. TheBusiness Acceptance system is divided into the presentation layer, middle layer,business logic layer and data persistence layer. The presentation layer, calling themiddle layer interface, is used to organize interface for displaying logic; the middlelayer provides the interface for the presentation layer and undertakes all businesslogic processing functions of presentation layer so interface logic and business logiccan be completely separated; business logic layer achieves a variety of businesslogic processing functions, the results will be returned to the middle layer; datapersistence layer realizes data access details, provides business data processing andreturns the results to the business logic layer.In order to implement the middle layer, we use the Business Delegate patternand add a delegate layer between the presentation and business logic processinglayers. Through this delegate layer, we can hide the implementation details of thebusiness process layer, achieve transparent calls to business logic and decouple thepresentation layer and business logic layer. Business logic layer completely displayall the business processing to the client, providing an interface. The code of clientcalls to the business layer is simple and dynamic extensibility is strong and thebusiness logic can be dynamically extended with new functions. Users can freelyconfigure the telecommunications business and customize function modulesaccording to business needs so to enhance the acceptance of full-service oftelecommunications and reduce the coupling between system modules.The Hunan Telecom business acceptance system is implemented by the four-layer Spring structure design proposed above. The system has been put into useofficially in the Hunan branch of China Telecom Group.Application of the systemachieves the full business acceptance, and has greater extensibility and flexibilitythan the existing system.
