In recent years, the medical and health service system in Yunnan province has covered most of the cities and the countrysides, at the same time,the science and technology’s level of it has been improved so rapidly. However, The problem is still severe that the people who cure of disease in the hospital is so expensive and hard, which was cause by medical and health care resources allocation distribution imbalance, medical information asymmetry. At present, Yunnan province has made great progress in the communications infrastructure and information system construction, although the government is unable to change situation of the uneven distribution of medical and health resources allocation in the short time,but via the way of the informationization, collecting the medical information resources, to establish a unified, multi-channel, pre-registration’s medical and health service platform, solve the present situation of the medical information resources asymmetry, to achive that the citizens can equitable access and visit the medical resource fairly is realizable. So, I choose the subject to research and wrote this thesis.The thesis introduced the research background of the multi-channel’introduces the research background, make an appointment of multi-channel platform project significance and current research and application status of the content and the main work of thesis research; In business analysis, the paper on the problems existing in the system, organization, the original business process are analyzed, and gives a modified business process; In functional analysis, the paper through the case analysis and the use case description, clear the system function, and gives the function of the overall system architecture and function of each module structure, including the Internet, mobile phones, make an appointment subsystem, seating application subsystem, hospital management subsystem, and other functions; In data analysis, the paper on the system each function of the need to deal with the data was analyzed, and the entity class diagram is given, and established the database table structure; Thesis finally summarizes the research and analysis of the work done, and the further work were also discussed.
