Commercial Bank of integration marketing is a new marketing tool, is essentially a kind of train customer loyalty, increase customer loyalty, improve customer cohesion for the purpose of customer management, an important way of relationship marketing and precision marketing. Combination of bank card and integration of marketing, can effectively improve the frequency of use of bank cards, promote the upgrading of business receipts of the bank, can solve the long-troubled clever commercial bank by bank card to promote the sale of financial products, effectively stimulate customer bank cards use, and improve the bank’s customer service by bank card and channels to expand the bank’s profit margins and other issues.Strategies on how to enhance the market competitiveness of rural credit cooperatives, improve customer consumption driving force, cultivate customer loyalty, while promoting the development of rural credit cooperatives in the bank card business, with an integration of marketing would be a useful attempt.The paper introduces the research background Huaxi Rural Credit Cooperatives management information systems, project significance and current research and application of, clearly the content and the main thesis of the work, and the use of analytical methods and object-oriented software engineering techniques to analyze business.Business analysis, given the existing process flow diagram of the main management business, clearly the problems existing business processes through business process reengineering, reconstructed after the transformation of the main business of electronic business processes; in functional analysis, the paper carried a use case modeling, use case diagrams and gives a description of the use case, a clear function of the system. On the basis of functional analysis, given the structure of the overall system architecture and functionality of the functional modules, including the integration of business rules management, integration of business management, integral calculation, customer information management,query and statistics, system management and other functional modules; in data analysis, the thesis of the data processed by the various functions of the system are analyzed, given entity class diagram describes the basic structure of the database table. Finally, the paper did research and analysis are summarized, and further work is prospected.
