Because Pu ’er tea sells well, and some illegal merchants, who are driven by the profits, make various types of unqualified Pu ’er tea. A large amount of unqualified Pu ’er tea seriously damage the interests of the consumers’ health and disturbed the Pu ’er tea market order. Without the scientific, completed the management of Pu ’er tea quality and supervision, tea merchants tend to speak highly of their goods, and it is hard for some consumers to identify the quality of goods, including the place of production, heavy metals, chemical fertilizer and pesticide residues. In order to effectively solve such problems, in this paper, the method is based on UML for the research and analysis of Pu’er tea quality traceability management system.The thesis, which is based on the present situation of Pu ’er tea market, the research and application of Pu ’er tea, and further analysis of the original business process of Pu ’er tea production and management, according to the requirements of Pu ’er tea quality traceability, the management system puts forward to a new business process transformation method. Through overall case-using analysis and the case-using description, the clear system function, the thesis is to study the function of the overall system architecture and the function of each module structure, including the quality traceability of Pu ’er tea in the process of purchasing, processing, storage and other functional modules. The system data of each function will be analyzed, and the thesis will present the system function package diagram, package diagram, the entity class diagram and the database table. Through the research and analysis of Pu ’er tea quality traceability management system, we can regulate the procedure of purchasing, processing and storage of Pu ’er tea, and specifies the supervising functions to Pu ’er tea, and make sure that the key points of Pu ’er tea production and processing information are completed and detailed quality information are recorded, thus the sale of counterfeit goods can be effectively eliminated due to the good quality supervision and management. Through a clear individual responsibility, the unscientific operations can be avoided, otherwise the unscientific purchase, processing, storage management and responsible actions often lead to the secondary pollution to Pu ’er. Through establishing the information query platform of Pu ’er tea, following the course of products qualify information inquiry, we can provide consumers with a safe, reliable buy environment of Pu ’er.
