| With the rapid development of higher occupation education, the school continues to expand the scale,the contradictions such as higher vocational colleges teacher shortage become more and more prominent. So, how to improve the teaching level of teachers, how to scientifically and reasonably evaluate teachers’ teaching level, and how to better promote the improvement of teaching quality, have become an urgent problem to be solved. This thesis researches a comprehensive evaluation system about how to improve the teachers’ teaching quality of Guizhou Career Technical College, and the focus is on the analysis and design for the evaluation system.This paper describes the Importance of improve the quality of education, and make a comparison about the present situation of teachers’ evaluation between the domestic and foreign universities. This paper gave the business requirements analysis for the comprehensive appraisal process of teachers’ teaching quality of the Guizhou Career Technical College, including five aspects management business needs, such as basic information management, evaluation index management, evaluation management, evaluation results management, and system management; and graph function requirement analysis of the system with data flow. Finally, on the basis of the demand analysis, the detailed system design is given, including the overall system function design, function module design, and database design. The paper have used the business flow chart, system structure diagram(HIPO), data flow diagram (DFD), E-R chart and others. |
