Payload Ground Equipment Condition Monitoring System Design And Implementation

Monitor and controlling system is a sub-system of Payload Operation and Application Center (POAC). Monitor and display of its ground devices provide round state data of ground devices with direct and real-time trace. Therefore, Monitor and display system of ground devices benefits both the system operators to adjust devices and the director to make judge and decision. Then it gives the technique support to fulfil the task with high-efficiency, high- quality and high-reliability. The paper concentrates on the following three parts: Firstly9 the paper presents the reseuch background and theories on which the system is based, and introduces the necessity and availability of developing the system. Then, the paper describes the implementation of the system in detail, including the system model analysis, system design and programming of Client/Server communication based on IP multicast protocol of local area network (LAN), UPS and optical receivers?data monitor and analysis and Windows NT Service mechanism. The final part, summarize the developing procedure and give some research and developing experiences, in addition, list Multicast and NT Service Windows APIs.
