The distributed dynamic monitor system is a practical system with the ability to monitor the position and speed of mobile terminals dynamically that have a characteristic of high quantity and extensive range. It can meet the requirements of enterprises and government agencies for layered management on their terminals, so as to generate real-time management and to promote the effectiveness of management. With the planning and enabling of the distributed dynamic monitor system as the background, this paper mainly focuses on the designing and enabling methodologies and associated technologies of large distributed application systems. The main work of this paper includes the following:1. The architecture and soft & hardware platforms of the distributed dynamic monitor system are designed through the way of analyzing the application scene of the distributed dynamic system and current computing modes, and the localization protocol as the core component of the system is proposed.2. The main modules of the monitor system are analyzed in details, and the dynamic monitor prototype system is implemented based on two different object platforms(laptops and intelligent terminals).3. One kind of user-customized web control is realized based on ASP.NET Ajax technology, the control encapsulates Google Map API and transforms Google map's client-side web programming paradigms into server-side programming paradigms to facilitate the system functions and to enable the situation display function of the monitor systems.4. As to the issue of monitor data synchronization proposed from distributed monitor systems, a data synchronization mechanism in application layer is proposed, in which XML is used to encapsulate synchronized data and a reliable method is developed for data transfer between systems in this mechanism. In practices, it is proved that the mechanism can improve availability and accuracy of information transfer and enhance real-time interaction between heterogeneous lager scale distributed application systems.
