| The 21st century is an information age which is characterized by multimedia technique. To cater for the urgent need for network supervising system, we analysed multimedia communication technique and the popular TCP/IP net work protocol, then we presented a design for network-based multimedia supervising system, which include MPEG-1 % COM % Network and Database techniques. Finally we implemented the system by using VC++, and the system have proved to be robust through long time improving. |
