Transaction Middleware Research And Implementation

With the higher request in software development and the rapid development of distributed computing, middleware technology develops very quickly, and three-tier structure based on middleware, C/S/S, has been applied widely. In this paper, we introduce the definition and the classification of middleware, show the main middleware technologies, such as CORBA and COM/DCOM, analysis the effect of different middleware in different application fields, and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of different middleware technologies.Real-time trade is a special application field, which comes down to many problems such as real time, safety, dependability, and different platform, etc. Previous middleware technologies are unable to solve these problems fully at the same time. Considering the characteristics in trade system, we propose an approach to develop trade middleware based on network communication protocol and analysis the advantages of this method in practical realization and application.TCP/IP is the actual industrial standard of network communication. In this paper, considering the trade system in Xinjiang Cotton Trade Market, we introduce the whole process of realizing a trade middleware based on TCP/IP, and show the protocol system of the trade middleware in detail. Finally, we show the method of client realization, the server realization and the practical application result.
