| As the control systems trend in the form of dispersing, network and intelligence, many enterprises adjust themselves to the trend in order to raise productivity. This paper concentrates on a factory in GuangZhou which keeps up with the trend, and constructs a data acquisition and monitoring system based on the profibus. The whole system is divided into three levels, namely field level, workshop level, and management level.In the field level, the PLC dispersing control system is adopted. The principle and method of hardware and software configuration based on the profibus are discussed mostly, and the application of the software and hardware configurated principle is discussed by example, and also according to the field's fact, a kind of method of eliminating temperature affecting the pressure intersectional sensitive performance to the pressure sensor is mentioned, namely two dimension curve demarcateing method, and the compensation of the pressure and temperature and linearization question to the flux singals are also mentioned.In the workshop level, the profibus is adopted to construct the network. The communicated method of double layer network is mentioned in this level, namely using PROFIBUS-DP protocol in the whole control network and using MPI protocol in the each station. The remote PID control based on this network is discussed by example..In the management level, the expanding method of the local network and wide network is discussed, and a kind of plan of suited the network upgrades and "seamless handover" is mention.The whole system mostly adopts the SIEMENS equipment, which is constructed by using advanced technology. The whole system can operate stably, reaches the demand of the factory. |
