In the process of information spreading in modern advertisement, "Decontextualize", which is the motion state and force of context led by the process , is the logical background of the change of information in advertisement. Meanwhile, the spreading process of advertisement information also functions as the acception and reproduction process of it. The essence of motion precess of advertisement information is the vary mutual functions of the advertiser, advertisement company and media department. In addition, the information-spread activity itself is not a form of simple symmetry propagation. The understanding of the advertisement information would normally vary due to factors like the information acceptor and technology, the effect of advertisement won't be influenced radically. However, if the function of decontextualization is excessively powerful and the information-spread process is out of control, it will lead to radical change of the theme of advertisement. And the information read by audience will deviate greatly from the advertiser's initial idea.,then the advertising information will be changed. Therefore, advertisers should make use of the change and misleading effect of advertisement information and pay attention to organize the information-productive process logically to decrease the negative misreading effect as much as possible and hence to produce and spread the correct and precise information in advertisement.
