A new embedded system platform is created, which is consisted of ARM as its hardware platform and μC/OS- II as its software platform. Especially, MCU with an ARM kernel occupies 75% market in mobile field and μC/OS- II is a real-time, multitasks and reliable operating system. Based on this platform, a deep research of under-water aircraft's thermodynamic system is made. It is the first time for using 32 bits ARM microprocessor and multi-tasks RTOS μC/OS- II in under-water aircraft. It is an advanced embedded system not only in its hardware, but also in its software. It is a more powerful system than that used now. Especially, the μC/OS- II operating system and C coding language make the software development be more easily than before. This paper is a deep foundation for measure and control kernel of under-water aircraft's thermodynamic system. There is an example of the application of this embedded system in the paper. At the last of paper, embedded Internet is researched. The solution of how to simplify TCP/IP protocol is researched as an emphasis. At the last, a network measure and control solution for under-water aircraft's thermodynamic system is provided. It is the first time for network using in under-water aircraft.
