The said paper is to design a set of electro-static-precipitator (ESP) individual electric field high-low voltage power-supplying installation. With 80C195 SBC as its core, the said installation is to compose the controlling system, and through a great amount of experiments, it establishes high voltage power source controlling model, has compiled practical controlling software. The said paper introduces in detail the said system composition, research and preparation procedure, functions provided and analysis of industrial operation situation.In the research and preparation procedure, it probes into electric field dynamic impedance variation rules, summarizing a set of sparks critical point discrimination methods in solving the key to detect electric field less-spark technology and realizing the less-sparks operation controlling function under impending arcover voltage, putting forward and realizing constant spark rate operation mode, in fiashover treatment adopting method of small descending amplitude, speedy picking up speed, and unlocking silicon controlled rectifier.In low voltage power source controlling respect, it has designed the controller with driving integrated with protection and optimized the power supplying installation structure to realize ESP high-low voltage integrative control.
