The electrostatic precipitator is widely used as dust removal equipment internationally, with high efficiency, large amount of flue gas, low operating costs, easy maintenance, and many other advantages. It plays a vey important role in reducing industrial dust emissions into the atmosphere and recovering useful resources. The electrostatic dust power is power supply of electrostatic precipitator and its performance directly affects the collection efficiency of the electrostatic precipitator. This paper mainly introduces the design scheme and control system of high-frequency high voltage DC power supply for high-power electrostatic precipitator. This paper mainly including the following content:This paper firstly introduces the working principle of the electrostatic precipitator and power supply often used in industrial electrostatic precipitator. Analysis both advantages and disadvantages, proves that high frequency is the inevitable trend of development of the electrostatic precipitator power supply.Secondly put forward adopt series resonant soft-switching method for the main circuit topology of high frequency high voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitator. Main circuit consists of a three-phase full-bridge rectifier filter circuit, IGBT full-bridge inverter circuit, high-frequency transformer and high voltage rectifier circuit. Detailed analysis of the four operating modes of series resonant, deduce the expression of the voltage and current of each mode.Then detailed describe the each part of the circuit of the electrostatic precipitator control system. Including the voltage and current sampling circuit, the temperature sampling circuit, IGBT driving circuit, the alarm circuit, and a programmable I/O group circuit. Control system puts digital signal processor TMS320F2812as a control core. The chip has such advantages of strong processing power, fast response, high precision, reliability and so on and ensures the flexibility of the system control program.Finally, connect the power supply to the actual field to take a test. With long time operation, we find various operating parameters of the power meet the design objectives and verify validity of the theoretical analysis.
