Rotating machinery real-time online condition monitoring has great significance for monitoring rotating machinery condition and diagnosing failure in the field of industry.Condition monitoring distributed system is composed of four components: data acquisition card, workstation on spot, host server, client. The workstation is in charge of real-time data acquirement, data store, net communication, alert or other parameter estimation.The dissertation describes in detail the development process of the workstation on spot. Firstly, it summarizes the domestic and oversea progress, puts forward the aim and responsibility of the task, and makes out the scheme to resolve. Secondly, using UML, it establishes the requirement analysis model and the design model. The system chooses Oracle on Linux OS as system database. In the process of development, the key technologies which include Linux multi-thread technology, Oracle interface, store procedure technologies are used, and the design of device driver, manager, analysis, store software are shown. At last, the dissertation summarizes development experiences of system, and presents the future prospect.
