| The question of power waste and sewage overflow in sewage pumping station system is proposed. In order to solve this question, predictive control and VVVF are applied.Currently sewage in sewage pumping station system is pumped manually. So the station is working in low water level and energy is consumed. This mode can't predict the inflow's changing. So sewage in the station may be overflowed when large flux flow in the station. By researching the sewage pumping station's working situation and studying the advanced theory in sewage pumping control, the sewage pumping control system based on predictive control is proposed.On the base of studying in arithmetic of predictive control, different math models are used to approach the control system. General water level control, PID control and predictive control using in sewage pumping station are compared. By simulating the different models using in control system, the conclusion that the aim of saving power and preventing pollution in sewage pumping station can be achieved by using predictive control is got.Experimentation system is set up based on simulation. Experimentation of sewage pumping station based on predictive control with VVVF is carried out. The experimentation result shows that the sewage pumping station predictive control system can be running under the condition of high water level. By using this control mode, inflow sewage is pumped out entirely. The aim of saving power and preventing pollution is achieved.The question of power waste caused by pumping station sets' illogical running project is proposed. Genetic Algorithm can quickly find the optimized result in global. Using this characteristic to control the pumping station sets' running and stopping can attain the object of saving power. It is also tested in the experiment. |
