Intelligent Control Technology In The Intelligent Building

Many subsystems of intelligence building are complicated, and some control processes for them are uncertain. As for the control of uncertainty, controlling systems must be adaptive automatically to the systems whose characters will change with time in order to improve the efficiency and robustness of the control, and ultimately arrive at the optimal control. But it is sometimes unable to set up precise mathematical model to control these systems, therefore the classical control methods are unavailable. However, the intelligence control theory and method, under the guidance of the knowledge engineering, embody the flexible decision-making manners and the ability of coping with changes in tackling with high complexity and uncertainty.Neutral network is a highly non-linear dynamical system. It has the ability of dealing with parallel distribution, and has high robustness and the abilities of fault tolerance, distribution memory and learning. It can also fully approach the complicated non-linear relation. In the intelligence control, the self-learning function of neutral network is one of the keys to solve the adaptability of controllers in the automatic control.Fuzzy controller is designed according to human's controlling experience of systems. After reducing the operator's controlling experience to a set of qualitatively descriptive conditional statements, and then quantifying them by using the theory of fuzzy set, the controller can transform the natural language of human's controlling strategies into the algorithmic language acceptable for the computer, then the controller can receive human's experience, and imitates human's operating strategies and effectively control some objects that can not be constructed into the mathematical model.Intelligence building sets up a complete and uniform management platform of supervising by utilizing lots of intelligence equipments and networks. It can realize the conformity of BAS, OAS and CAS, complete the intelligent application of management and build the modernized system of property management and information service. It also can increase the system's learning ability to make it adaptive and autonomic, and finally realize the real intelligentization.Some applications of neural network control and fuzzy control in intelligence building and the design of intelligence controlling system are discussed in this paper, and it will be helpful for resolving the existing problems in modern intelligence building.
