Reconfigurable Enterprise Management Information System

Under the environment of economic globalization, confronting the fast change in the development of market and technology, the enterprises must make quick responses to the demands of customers and markets, and make the production management more harmonious to combine with the market, if the enterprises want to win the domestic and international market competitions. Hence, achieving the integrations of different resources of enterprises and reengineering the business process dynamically and quickly are the important measures for enhancing the agility of enterprises and guaranteeing the enterprises continuous development. Traditional enterprise management information systems are developed that is mainly aimed at the special industries, special market environments, and just to satisfy with the special management business process. But when the changes on demands of markets and customers lead to business process adjustment or transplanting to other environments, the systems will lose their functions.In order to resolve the problems of the enterprise information integration platform, such as the lacks of reconfiguration and transplantability that can't adapt to the development and change of business, the deficiencies in integrating the heterogeneous information resources, this paper expands the management ideology of ERP, which is based on the thorough research on the enterprise management theory, and combined with the analysis on the process of enterprise manufacture and business. Proposes the advanced enterprise management schema which is on the basis of the integration and conformity between BPR(Business Process Reengineering) and ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning), adopts the method of Dynamic Enterprise Model, and supports the BPCI(Business Process Continuous Improvement).Based on the research of multi -Agents technology, by applying the multi- Agents' theory and technique to the research of the enterprise information integration system, author proposes the settlement scheme of enterprise management information integration system, the system is dynamic and reconfigurationable of the system. That enterprise management information platform can adjust dynamically according to the dynamic change of the organization structure, and also has clear structure, fine flexibility, integrated quality and adaptability , can improve the adaptability of information integration platform to dynamic organization and business process of enterprise effectively, prolong the life cycle of enterprise information integration platform.Finally, United the practices in the implementation of enterprise informationization projects, presents a case of special steel enterprise information integration that is based on group management schema.
