Monitoring System, Based On The Gsm Short Message Service Vehicles

Vehicle monitor system can regulate traffic, relieve congest, improve efficiency and road security, so it has important value in reality. In this paper ,after several communication techniques used in GPS vehicle monitor system have been analyzed ,short message service based on GSM is decided to be used .Then short message service based on GSM is studied in detail include architecture , protocol ,channel and the process of its send and receive. Based on this,we build a mathematic model to analyze the time delay and loss probability of short message transmitting , and get the corresponding simulation results ,so we can direct the design of vehicle monitor system . On the following combining with one of the main jobs of this paper ,design and realization of vehicle monitor system ,detailed analysis and optimizing is made about the realization on the fixed-point DSP of short message transmission .At the end of this paper, the result of design is analyzed and improved method is put forward.
