Radar signal scene simulation, which is used to generate the Electromagnetic Environment in laboratory that the EW system will encounter in modern battlefield, is very important part of electronic warfare simulation. It can provide effective means for EW system's research development evaluation and daily training as well.An approach to realize the multi-radar signal simulator by using TMS320C6416, is presented in this paper. In order to simulate radar Electromagnetic Environment,the paper sets up the RF pulse model of radar,brings forward the better arithmetics to achieve arranging the radar pulse in time order, the method for optimizing the DSP application is also introduced .In Code Composer Studio IDE, the DSP application's function validating and performance testing is finished, the real-time requirement of DSP application can be satisfied .
