| With the development of science and technology and also the requirements of national defense, it is in great need of developing the advanced night vision technique, of which the noise-suppressing of infrared and LLL image is the crucial part. It is very important to design practical and real-time processing hardware systems, which can be applied to both infrared and LLL images. In this paper, we base on the analysis of characteristics of infrared and LLL image, make a study on the noise performance of them, and fulfill the non-uniformity correction of IFPA and develop the modularizing system for blind pixel compensation, as well as for LLL image noise-suppressing. While designing the whole system, DSP and FPGA are adopted to perform different image noise-suppressing algorithms in the hardware circuit flexibly, which made it impossible to realize a real-time, miniaturizing and modularizing system successfully. In the meantime, the experiences in the course of designing and debugging are summarized, and some problems are discussed in detail. |
