An intelligent meter that measure the zinc flux online is designed to be capable of providing scientific guidance for spot workers, easy to control flux.Countering the difficulty of the measurement of high-temperature liquid zinc, the intelligent meter for measuring liquid zinc is designed, which is based on a new soft senor method-weighing method. On the basis of relative hydromechanical theoretics, weight that is easy to measure is chosen as Secondary Variable and non-linear mathematics model between flux and weight by sample statistics is constructed. This method has referenced value for the measurement of high-temperature liquid. The key component of this intelligent meter is 89C52 single-chip computer. The meter has three work patterns of flux-display, flux-experiment and modify-parameter.
