Through practical using, the advantages of the new methods and what are inconsistent with the practical situation are put forward and proved.According to the characteristic or our country's programmer and the current situation of the software market, basing on what has been analyzed above, the author combines his experiences and thoughts with the advantages of some dominant development method and generally accepted viewpoints, putting forward an information system development method - Custom-Oriented Development Method , then prove the feasibility and advantages of the method by means of a well-application system developed under its guidance.
