| With the development of Information Network technology,agile project management has been favored by many software development companies because of its advantages such as improving the efficiency of software project development,responding to customer demand quickly and ensuring product quality.However,due to the late start of project management in IT industry in our country,the ability of project management in IT Field is still at a relatively low level,most software enterprises have various problems in software project management.This topic comes from the IT platform center of H Company.Company H is a manufacturing enterprise.With the development of information industry economy in the 21 st century,in order to adapt to the change of market demand,Company H has carried out strategic transformation,organizational reform and mechanism subversion respectively,efforts from “Enterprise information” to “Information-based enterprise”,and on this basis established a company IT platform center,to undertake the development of company software projects and provide corresponding software technical service support for subsidiary companies.Based on the agile method,this thesis studies the optimization of H Company’s software development project management.First of all,through reading a large number of domestic and foreign software project management literature,the concept of project management,agile methods of theory and thought to do a systematic study and overview.Secondly,the concrete content,organizational structure and project management process of H Company and its IT platform are expounded,the problems of H Company’s IT project management platform in planning schedule,demand management,change control,quality management,organizational structure and so on were identified through interviews,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process.Then,combined with the reality of H Company’s software development project management,the agile development method is introduced,by further optimizing the organizational team structure,applying the agile development model,optimizing the requirements management process,improving the quality control capability,and adopting the visual project management approach,the software development project management system suitable for H Company is constructed.At last,we choose the case of the second phase development of H Company’s T project to demonstrate the scheme,and intervene the scheme from the aspects of development mode,requirement management,quality control,project visualization,then the second phase of the project and the first phase of the project in the development efficiency,change control capability,progress control level,quality control effect,stakeholder satisfaction and so on are compared and concluded that the second phase of the project is better than the first phase of the project,thus the validity of the optimization scheme is demonstrated.Based on the current situation of H Company software development project management and the related theories of project management,this thesis expounds the scheme method used in the transition from traditional project management based on Waterfall Development Mode to agile project management,through the implementation of related projects to verify the effectiveness of the project,for the follow-up related software development project management research and analysis of new ideas. |
