With the development of society and the improvement of the science technology, measure instruments are widely demanded. Great changes have been taking place on the measure instruments as the result of the rapidly developing integrate circuit and computer technology. As a representative of modern measure instruments, Virtual Instruments (VI) changed the idea of traditional instruments. Especial, kinds of measure instruments basing on the platform of computer are widely used for their low cost and convent use. In the universities of having many computers, the instruments are very useful to teaching and research. Standing at experimenting innovation in teaching, the author of the thesis design an integrated measure system based on VI and computer. The key parts of the system are data sampling and signal generating. It includes Digitizing Voltmeter, Counter, Data Display, Digitizing Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, Signal Generator. The oscilloscope module is realized according to the real time sampling principle. It has two signal chunnels. The signal generator has two signal chunnels with analog and digital signals. The logic control unit of the system are integrated in CPLD, the integrated density of the circuit is improved greatly. The paper discussed the system scheme, principle, system debugging and error form the system design in detail.
