| To enhance people's acquaintance of aviation, enlarge people's view, popularize the science knowledge, this paper has designed a sensor surveillance terrace and control system to imitate the setting up process of shenzhou NO.5 .On the base of comparing with other systems, in this system, the spectators can take part in the action, playing the role of astronaut or the staff of control center. In the way of the model combining with the 3D imagination, the system breaks the way only depending on model or software in other systems before. The structure of this system includes MCU control system and the PC control system to make up for their own shortcoming and go with the way of model combining with the 3D imagination. The structure is good for the system's safely running. The MCU control system is mainly used by system's auto run and the PC control system is a subordinate system that offers operation to do all movements. So it is easy for people to control the system, prolong the system's life and deal with some emergencies. The MCU control system includes three parts, the wireless signal receiving & emitting module, the signal process module and the display module. The PC control system is mainly a program that runs under Windows 95/98/2000/NT/XP with LPT. In the signal transferring system, this paper gets the way of wireless signal transferring to make up the shortcoming going with the complicated circuits .The wireless signal transferring system also makes the repair easy for us. In the part of mechanic, the paper use the motors to make all mechanic run .The motors run by switching the circuits to change theirs' orientation and speed. Every circuit has its own code that is generated by the MCU or PC control system. The idea of this system can not only apply in the system that this paper referred to, but also can apply in the field of industry control to achieve the automation .If we make it with some parts work in high frequency, the system can achieve the aim, the control system that work in high precision. The system has passed the middle-term inspection on March 2005. |
