As The Core Of Intelligent Workflow, Collaborative Office Systems

Workflow technology is a new research emphasis in cooperation working field supported by computer, and the workflow management system is a powerful software environment that supports developers to perform efficiently Web OA projects. This paper analyzes the present situation of the research and development of then workflow management system based on Web technique, introduces the workflow reference model defended by WFMC and inferences of the workflow reference model, and presents a new idea of combining the workflow development model with Web techniques to develop cooperation OA Platform ,and describes its realization frame.In this paper, We introduce the realization module of intellective workflow engine technique, analyses the requirement of analyses the requirement of document management workflow system and present implementation method based on Lotus/Domino/Notes, provide cooperation OA Platform include Receiving File Sending File Archive Management, and provided a feasible solution for building OA system.During the development process, it comply with the principle of Software Engineering to implement the advanced MVC development model and the design method 00, fulfilling the cooperation OA platform concentrated on intellectual working flow with B/S model.
