Fieldbus Technology Simulation Process Control System

This paper addresses on the constructed of the Automate Laboratory building of the Kunming Metallurgy College, we use the fieldbus control system reconstructed the process control system witch used the traditional instruments to control. In the transformation process does not take into account the increase in cost of equipment and premise to the old system analysis, and then use control platform software WinCC and Matlab simulation software for simulation of alleged target, the establishment of a bus-based Siemens PROFIBUS-DP scene, close to the scene of bus production control system. As a result of monitoring software and simulation software platform emulation method and through monitoring software platform for the time model variables for processing, and modelling simple and easy to achieve, the accused can be extended to other types of targets.The research papers filed, the majority of colleges and universities on how to build a laboratory to laboratory equipment and production-line from the status quo have serious reference significance.
