Power Line Communication (PLC) is a communication mode using the power line. It has been used in the powerful areas for many years.In these areas, it's a very important communication mode to transmite voice,datas and telecontrol signal by the PLCs using lower frequency through the power lines which are high than 10KV. In the areas when the power is below 220V to 1KV, PLC is mostly used to transmite telemetering signs and telecommands. Now, the chips'processing ability is higher and the communication tech is developed, the Communication Capacity is higher than 100Mbps.In the High-Voltage communication area, along with the power communication technology's developing,the technology and the application of the PLC have been changed greately.Now,the type of DPLC has replace the type of Simulation communication and the type of multi-Channels has replced the type of sigle channel or 2-channels.This article describes the PLC's using enviroment and the users'needs in details, and then tells the differences between the DPLC and the troditional PLC.It also describes how to decimation and compress the tele-voice, how to deal with the data tunnels, and the multiplex data through the the line which's bandwidth is changeable between 10.8bps and 28.8kbpsThis project uses the Programmable VoPP chips, the CPLD for bus controlling, the FPGA and the MCU with high processing ability.All of these ensure the high ability to process the signals and the operations. In addition to these, the most important chips are CPLD which can be upgrated and expanded easily, which makes it possible that the capability can be optimized and the operation can be expanded without changing the hardware.The type of the bus controlling based on the CPLD ensures the operatings are processed in the same PRI, and then it can let another chips deal with the processing when some chip can not afford.We dedicate to researching and designing a whole new DPLC ,and then we can provide our users the new multi-tunnels DPLCs which are no...
