In this thesis, the Web Services technique is used to build up the internet/intranet applications at the functions of ordering, accounting and after- service management. The Ajax technique makes the system higher-powerd and offers users comfortable UI interface. With the help of ASP.NET, the service is integrated into one unified information platform, and provides a series of technologies such as SSO (single sign on), inherent security, user personalization, data search and navigation, etc. Our CRM application system gives an effective automatic solution for enterprise application integration.
