With the continual expansion of the enterprise and fierce competition of the market, there is a growing need within the enterprises to improve the efficiency of the human resource, which is the core of enhancing the profits and of the whole business. Human Resources Management System (HRMS), suitable for the development of the a business, is a pattern which not only avoids the disadvantages of manual management pattern characterizing by low-efficiency, arbitrariness but fulfills the objectives of the enterprise by means of guide, control, and coordination of the human mental, psychological status and utilizing the initiatives of employees as well. Through it, within the inside of enterprise, harmony can be created between employees and enterprise objectives can be achieved.On the basis of specific circumstances and latest theory of human resource management, this paper proposes a systemic structure of human resource management taking Internet/Intranet as its foundation, through analyzing the status quo of Human Resource Management domestic and aboard. First, it gives a brief introduction to human resource management and the objectives of design. Second, it provides this system with a detailed analysis and design based on the basic terms and methods of Unified Modeling Language.This paper explores the contents concerning human resource management, which are as follows: organizational structure and personnel management, recruitment management, attendance management, MBO (management by objective), salary management, training management, rules management, and system management. This system aims at collecting all the statistics with regard to human resource management and organizing an information database, which serves for the planning and implementation human resource management with a strategic perspective.
