Ic Card Technology Research And Application In The Tv Production Room Management System

By dozens of years' rapidly development, TV has already become one part of people's daily life. People obtain most of information and news of the World from TV. And it is the main tools of people' s daily amusement and leisure. For Chinese TV stations, cost accounting is the most f-oundational qualification and sign. So , we think it important to establish IC card management system to realize cost accounting of TV stations.In the paper, firstly, the basic situation of IC card such as its origin, classification and characteristic is mentioned. From the paper we can know that IC card as a product with rapidly development has already surmounted its inherent range and is trussed up with each field of social life together closely.Secondly, mentality of designing of TV programming IC card management System is analysed. We give out the system structure and network structure, also introduce the software, hardware and database use in the system. All of these build the frame of the whole system.Thirdly, we give out the concrete scheme of the main hardware and Software designing in detail. For example, we narrate the situation of IC card for use and the designing characteristic of the IC card read writing device. Also we refer to the circuit block diagram of the IC card R-W device and describe the intellectual equipment power controller. About software, each function module of the management system is described as well as the system database. Next, we present the method that controls lock of the non-linear editor's facility with software.Finally, we provide the statistical conditions after three month' s use of the system, and we carry on the discussion as the basis of cost accounting to how to use the result after comparing. At last, we carryon the discussion that how to popularize the IC card system to other fields of TV stations.In a word, this paper has studied the IC card and its application of the field in the TV programming, also provides the design process and implementation method of management system for TV programming work-room.
