How to improve thecompetitive power of enterprise quickly and improve the quality of the enterprise assetsoperation become an important step in development of enterprises in China, especiallyin strategic layout of medium-to-large equipment manufacturing enterprises.The management of accounts receivable of the Aerosun is groping forward andimproving constantly. The company has already begun the advanced ORACLE ERPsystem as early as2002, providing the data support for the fine management of accountsreceivable. We are discussing to set up the legal department to work for the unifiedmanagement of accounts receivable which have not received more than one year. Withthe organization adjustment, the company finished the division of the responsibilities ofaccounts receivable in recent years.In recent years, the Aerosun’s accounts receivable increase year by year. Comparedwith the beginning of2012the company’s accounts receivable already amounted to1.428billion and increased by300million by the end of2012. At the end of2012, theproposed bad-debt reserved up to107million yuan for the1.428billion accountsreceivable and83million yuan at the end of2011. Therefore, the provision of bad-debtreserved funds in2012influenced the profit and loss to amount to24million yuan thisyear. How to improve the quality of the company’s assets operation, reduce the companyoperating cash flow pressure and solve the large funding gap marketing team facedbecome the urgent task of the Aerosun. The company and the various sales branch hopeto strengthen the control of accounts receivable. Reducing accounts receivable insales income ratio year by year is undoubtedly the inevitable choice of real cases. So theconstruction and implementation of accounts receivable management system isextremely urgent.The main work of this paper is to analyze how modern enterprises detail theapplication of accounts receivable management on the basis of the ERP system. First of all, the paper briefly analyzes the present situation of the Aerosun’s informationconstruction. On the basis of analyzing the accounts receivable management difficulties,the paper puts forward that the enterprise should implement the refinement of themanagement of account receivable by using the basic data of ERP. Secondly, for thebackground of the enterprise’s information construction, the paper analyzes technicalroute and key technology of solution of the accounts receivable management systemimplemented, and the business requirement of the system. Again, the paper states theproject planning and implementation in detail for the design and development of system.Finally, the paper describes the realization of the system and illustrates the test of thesystem. The paper finally put forward the personal opinions for the future directions ofthe accounts receivable management system construction.
