| Along with the rapidly development of science technology, the synthetically application of computer technology, autocontrol technology and network technology have been used in every walk of life , which accelerates the automatism of equipment and management based on information in many companies. The voice of improving equipment automatization and management information are larger and larger companying with the railway system revolution in china. As the important financial disbursal ,the automatization and information of the refueling and management of locomotive are in dire need.At present, the automation of refueling and management system is so deficient that the whole management from stock to refueling is inefficient and manpower is wasted severely, and there are many leaks and errors in statistic data. To change conventional locomotive refueling mode and management mode , improve the efficiency, adapt the request of the high efficiency run of railway, this dissertation designs a new integrated system which refuel to locomotive automatically by using advanced computer control technology. The system is composed of refueling station, communication network and managing computer. This dissertation treats of the hardware and software design on refueling station and CAN bus communication by main force. It primarily studies the following:(1) Identifying the operator using fingerprint.(2) The storage and rapid looking up for large capacity fingerprint library.(3) Refueling with constant press using intelligent control arithmetic and the accurate control method..(4) The conservation and management of refueling records.(5) Improving the reliability of communication using CAN bus.(6) Researching the wireless communication method to resolve the difficulty in cable laying and studying the hardware and software measures to guarantee the data security in communication.The system is a reform on conventional applies using advanced computer technology and measure control technology.
