Vertigo is a common disease of people's daily life, it has become an important direction of research how to test on the efficacy of an anti-vertigo medicine quickly and accurately. As the expediting of research on Chinese traditional medicine resisting kinetosis, how to inspect, analyze and evaluate Chinese traditional medicine has become one of key problems to be resolved urgently.In this paper, the main research work is part of "the research on new digital methods to evaluate Chinese traditional medicine resisting kinetosis". Considering the disadvantages of the existing methods that are used to examine a white mouse's blood flow, a new method of non-invasive detection for blood flow is put forward based on digital research. The experiment makes a white mouse reach vertigo through rotating stimulation, the effect of anti-vertigo medicine is evaluated by mouse's ear blood flow of non-invasive detection. The whole project involves sensor technology, signal detection and processing, wireless communication, interface technology, motor timing and image processing, This paper is mainly responsible for the control mode of two-axis turntable and the design of fiber-optic blood flow sensor system. Single-chip controls actuators to run stepper motor, designed of single-chip pulse control circuits and serial communication with the computer hardware circuit. Speed and rotation direction of two stepper motor are controlled through procedures designed, and accuracy of the procedures control is detected by the waveform measurements. In the study of blood flow sensor, a signal processing system for fiber-optic sensor is designed to extract frequency shift signal of blood flow by Laser Doppler technology and research requirements. The system chooses appropriate laser and photo-detector, developed probe, the optiGal signals of blood flow speed are changed into electrical signals. For the signal preamplifier, band-pass filtering, division correction and differential amplifier circuits, receive information related to the blood flow signals. Based on the characteristics of blood flow detection and data communication needs, blood flow signal is transmitted from the sensor to the control computer by adopting nRF2401 wireless transceiver chip. The blood flow curves are showed by data software analysis.All of the experiment results indicate that the hardware for data collection and communication can work stably, separate modules for designing and debugging can improved easily.
