| With the rapid development of the technique of the computer, microelectronics andautomation, intelligent controlling with the embedded system on chip has become theresearch hot topics in recent years, and its application is widely used. Among them, theapplication of MCU in the measuring instruments is recognized as the most prospect one. Thefunction and resource of C8051F series, made in Silicon Labs Co. Ltd, are analyzed and thedesign of coordinate work driving among the multi stepper motors in the application of thefluorescence spectrometer with C8051F340 is described in this paper.In recent years, the application of stepper motor controlled by micro-controller is moreand more common, but the application with multi micro-controller in fluorescencespectrometer is very less. The automatic mechanic control can be realized under the multimicro-controller. The position precision of stepper motor can be improved and the suspendingconflict in system can be solved. And also the measurement precision and speed is improved.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction section. The MCU development onhome and overseas and the conception about the embedded system are introduced. Thesecond chapter introduces the principle about system on chip of MCU, C8051F MCU’sinternal structure; functional characteristics and the ways of communication are also described.The third chapter presents the structure and the hard design method of the mechanic automaticabout spectrometer. According to the principle and structure of stepper motor andspectrometer, the electric circuit design of single motor and multi-motors are given in detail.The forth chapter describes the soft design method of spectrometer mechanic drivercontrolling, including USB serial ports transform between personal computer and MCU, thecontrolling method of stepper motor driver. The timer, suspending priority and program skillare used to control position of stepper motor. The fifth chapter focuses on the application intospectrometer about multi-MCUs coordination driver. The result points out that the steppermotor position is controlled very precisely, and stepper motor is applied into spectrometersuccessfully. The sixth chapter is summary and prospects.The innovation points of this paper are as follows:1. Five enhanced C8051F340 MCUs are selected as the controllers of the stepper motor toconstruct a motor driving system and this system can work coordinatively. This system is able to set andcontrol the orientation, position, and speed of the motor. The management efficiency and the runningspeed are improved under this system.2. The serial communication interface, UART, is used to realize the serialcommunication and coordinate work among MCUs. The suspending priority and programskill are adopted to solve the problems about many suspending conflict. The system realizethat kinds of personal definition data and commands.3. USB is used to transfer the information between micro-controller and PC. The operation in the fluorescence spectrometer for measuring is realized under the control of thesystem described in this paper. |
