Many information of enterprise production come from product structure. Product Structure Management is one of the most important parts in PLM system which is based on Web.At first, the paper discusses the PLM system's related theories and content,briefly introduce the main functions of PLM and analyses the module of the Product Structure Management deeply; Secondly, the paper analyses the characteristic of PLM system which is based on Web and study the PLM system's framework and adoptive technologies. Next, by using .NET Framework , C# language and Relational Database , the paper builds the module of the Product Structure Management in the PLM system, and then finishes the related functions of Product Structure Management in Web environment.
