With the development of modern communication and radar technologies, the quality of high stability sine frequency source becomes one of the key parts which affect system performance, consequently, developing high stability crystal oscillator and improving phase noise index is an urgent task .In addition, as frequency synthesis technique has developed greatly, it is increasingly strict to single crystal oscillator reference sources, exploring low phase noise crystal oscillator has a good prospect.The main goal of this paper is to research and develop the 100MHz low phase noise crystal oscillator. The small package is needed. The oven is also studied. And finally makes a OCXO(Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillator). The paper is concentrated on:1. Theoretically, phase noise, noise model, and several kinds of oscillator circuits are deep analyzed.2. Explain the key elements of the oscillator their functions detailedly.3. Develops a 100MHz low phase noise crystal oscillator, which achieves -157dBc/Hz@1KHz.4. Based on the study of 100MHz crystal oscillator, by the means of frequency multiplying, explores an oscillator which output both 100MHz and 300MHz simultaneously.5. Develops the temperature controlled circuits and makes an OCXO. |
