With the trend of global economic integration it becomes more and more important to apply e-business methodology to support the trade around the world. The purpose of e-business platform is to combine participants such as domestic banks, insurance companies, quality assurance departments, trade promotion organizations, logistics, customs, foreign e-business service providers (e.g. PAA) etc. to build a neutral, open, reliable and security trade environment which complies with world standards of trading and financing and acts as an "one-stop" e-business provider. The paper begins with the analysis of the models of domestic and foreign e-business platforms and proposes to build a multi-party 3D model called B2BB2C. After the comparison and analysis of several e-business standards, The paper selects ebXML and develops both a mathematical model and a logical model. The designed platform consists of 5 sub-systems including party channel, message exchange, e-document storage, e-business process management and registry database covers all of the functions of general world e-business platform. The paper also describes how to implement these 5 sub-systems.Finally the text gives a prototype based on transactions between the foreign trade company and the bank to illustrate the processes of e-business platform.
