| With the rising of the rag trade, the industry sartorius became more and more important, and the servo controller is the core of industry sartorius. Especially for such high production cost industrial sewing machines, the servo control system with low cost but high performance is in urgent need. The research and design of this article were done for the item of industry sartorius.At first, the thesis discusses the elements and the frame of industry sartorius servo control system. secondly, after introducing the principle and mathematics model of BLCDM, the full digital dual-loop control tactic is adopted to achieve good dynamic and static characteristics for the servo control system based on some beneficial practical research about the main algorithm. Fuzzy-PID controller is used in the velocity inner loop design; integration separation PID control arithmetic is chosen in the circuit outer loop.Aiming at the disturbance of the BLDCM torque ripple, the thesis concisely analyzes the different PWM modes influences on the static and commutation torque ripple in detail. The pwm-on modulation type is adopted because of its best performance to reduce the torque ripple.80C196MC MCU is selected as the CPU of the whole hardware system and ps11015 intelligent power module (IPM) is selected for power drive. Circuit design is precise and reasonable with the characteristics of simple, trustworthy and high efficiency. C language and assemble language are used in the software design of the servo system which adopted modularized design method. The system software includes several modules, such as system initialization module, keyboard scanning module, phase commutation module, velocity module, current integration separation PI module, data computing and dealing, control function modules.Servo control system for industrial lockstitch sewing machine provides fast response and sufficient precision control of speed and position. Automatic functions such as needle positioning, automatic trimmer and wiper, backtracking, constant-stitch sewing are fulfilled. Pedal sensor is designed for speed adjustment and synchronizer is designed for needle positioning. An operation panel is also designed to set sewing pattern and sewing parameters.Results of the system tests show that the design of the software and hardware are reasonable which satisfy the sewing needs.
