| Brushless DC motor, because of its simple structure, reliable performance, high power density, no commutation spark, low noise and the low maintenance cost, has been widely used in electric vehicles, medical, office equipment, household appliances and other small and medium-power fields. With development of the computer technology, rare earth permanent magnet materials and power electronics technology, brushless DC motor will be used more widely.This paper uses the TMS320F2812 DSP produced by TI as the centrale controller, the adaptive Fuzzy PID as the control method, designed the brushless DC motor control system based on the DSP. Firstly, this paper introduced the development and the current situations of the brushless DC motor, micro-controller and the fuzzy control theory, and then discussed the theoretical basis , composition, types and the design methods of fuzzy control system. Secondly, the operation principle of brushless DC motor, the control system strure and the mathematical model were introduced, and three kinds of simulation models of brushless DC motor control system used the traditonal PID, conventional fuzzy and the adaptive fuzzy PID as the controller respectively were biult and simulated in the enviroment of Matlab/simulink. Finally, the brushless DC motor control system based on DSP was studied and designed, including the selection of system power circuit, the design and implementation of the control circuit and the system software. The experimental results show that control performance of adaptive fuzzy PI controller is better than traditional PI controller.In this paper, the software is designed by modular approach, each module has a strong universal and can be used to implement various types of fuzzy controller, through a simple modifications. |
