The electro-hydraulic servo valve is the key part of the electro-hydraulic servo controlsystem. The static and dynamic characteristics of the valve must be tested strictly. In thetraditional way, the tests of the servo valve static and dynamic characteristics are done bymanual test. On the whole, the test efficiency is lower and the test precision is lower, too.But, in recent years, with the swift and violent advancing of aviation and space-flightcareer, the past means of manual test have not satisfied the present requirement ofmanufacture.This research is aim at designing a kind of the servo valve test-bed, with which thestatic performance and dynamic performance of almost all produced series of the flowservo valve can be tested in China Research Institute Of Aero-Accessories. By using thecomputer aided test technology (CAT), the electro-hydraulic servo valve test procedurewill be finished automatically, the test efficiency will be rapidly improved, and the testprecision will be greatly increased eliminating the random error produced by calculatingthe performance parameter manually.The paper content include the constitution of the electro-hydraulic servo valveComputer-aided Test-bed, and the manual test method of the servo valve is compared withthe computer test one, and the test software is programmed, finally the electro-hydraulicservo valve Computer-aided Test-bed is experimentally analyzed. The result of theexperiments indicates that the measuring accuracy grade is B to the GJB3370-98 standard.And the non-repeatability errors of the amplitude wide and the phase wide are both lessthan±10%. So the test-bed meets the design requirement.
