Workers File Management Information System

This paper mainly presents a description of the development of a Personal record management information system. It analyzes the procedure of the design and the work completed in each stage, discusses the key technique involved in the development, summarizes the main features and shortages of the system and puts forward the future works.The development of the personal record management information system takes a Company's need of the personal record management as the background and is for the sake of improving the efficiency of the management of the company's labor data, which adapts the modern enterprise system request and normalizes the management.This system used the component-base architecture with three layers: client, application server, and database server. The problem that data are inconsistent between client and server is resolved by using this architecture. The system uses the object-oriented technique with the features, say, encapsulation and inheritance. Therefore, the information-hiding and code-reusing are acquired. This system improves the fountain model which is famous for some iterative and seamless features. It brings in data analyzing and data mining technique which makes the incremental using of information convenient. The adoption of high-usability technique strengthens the personnel data safety management. The safe mechanism built in network layer, system layer and application layer and the safe system bring the data safety management into the scope of enterprise security management. This system can be easily extended in both function and performance.The system's development experienced the possibility research, the customer needs' assurance, the data analysis and the design of the function module, which is coded and debugged under the predefined style, as well as installed and maintained under the customers' environment, etc. The system's functions include managing and maintaining the information of the employees and graduate students and registering, modifying, searching, querying and analyzing the personal record information. The system's development is based on the need of a Company's personal record management, which takes the personnel record information as the center, processing the company's human resource and the changes in personnel circumstance, involving the company's each section. All these are important to the manager. The development of this system satisfies the customer need and throws in the usage and plays an important role in normalizing the personal record management.Our future work mainly focuses on the maintenance of the software: fixing problems appear in customer's usage in time and investigating the new model. Finally, We will provide users a system with better functionality.
