Cdma Network Management System Of Caf-pm Performance Management Subsystem Design And Realization

With the rapid development of telecommunication technology, the scale of telecommunication market in China has been further enlarged. The equipments operated in the networks become more and more sophisticated , while lots of newly-introduced services result in more and more workload as well as increasing expenses on managing and maintaining the networks for the operators. It is imperative for the operators to monitor the networks operation better, to improve the efficiency of maintaining networks , to reduce operation costs and to improve service quality by using integrated management system. For that, The ZTE Network Management System is based on more advanced system and structure. It provides with a basic platform for developing network management systems, which is of high performance and expansibility and is easy for re-development. The network management system developed on the basis of the Unified Network Management Platform are accordant in the interface style and operation mode. The accrod in core mechanism makes the system more stable and easier to maintain, resulting in reducing the developing and operational costs and helping the operators improve service quality .In this thesis, we study how to design and implement performance management system of TMN. After analyzing the requirement, we suggested task management and data collection module, and finally fixed a data collection mode through the analysis and contrast of multiple collecting modes, and finished all the processes including its design and implement of this system. In this paper we make use of matured J2EE framework to develop the whole set of software.Aimed at the original requirments proposed by the current investments to performance management, this paper designs and realizes the whole system from requirements analysis, architechture design to system processing procedure design. What can be seen from the test results, the system in this paper can satisfy all the indices posed by the telecommunication producers including the performance data collection and maintenance.
