| Nowadays, computer network offers hardware and software as the base of the Instruction. Courseware based on the WWW (WEB Courseware) is used on the local network increasingly. SMIL(synchronization multimedia integration language) get more development. New version appears one by one. This makes web page more activity. Many people pay more attention to characteristics computer assisted instruction based on the situation the learners act as the center of the procedure. Non-intellective factors of the learner are focused increasingly in instruction. Now, how to use multimedia synchronization technology and non-intellective factors in the WEB Courseware is submitted as our new subject.Based on the achievement in the field of Non-intellective factors research in our country, description of students' Non-intellective factors in the WEB courseware were discussed, and several measurements of non-intellective factors were focused, in order to use these achievements in the WEB courseware. At the same time, we try to use the technology in our WEB courseware include SMIL2. 0 of W3C and HTMIL+TIME2.0 of Microsoft, and succeed to build the model of traditional WEB courseware content structure.And 3 aspects of the WEB courseware by design were discussed: A. Application of the Synchronization technology in the WEB courseware; B. Immersion the non-intellective factors in the WEB courseware; C. Mechanism of the affection between learner' s non-intellective factors and the WEB courseware synchronization parameters for the users to get more achievement.
