Workflow Technology In The Development Of Network Teaching Platform

Workflow technique helps to improve and optimize business operation and control the process better. The purpose of applying workflow technique to on-line instructional platform is to help teachers control and manage the platform more effectively, the technician perfect its functions and meet the changeable needs of the users.The article first introduces the present research situation of on-line instructional platform and workflow technique and emphasizes the Microsoft WF technique. What's more, by taking the on-line instructional platform in Shanghai Z High School as an example and through surveys, interviews and observation, the article analyzes the features and defects of this platform business operation and discusses the new demands for the workflow technique. Also, the author describes his flow framework based on workflow, the workflow model and database he creates, and part of his work at optimizing the platform business operation. Finally, the author summarizes the effects of the application of workflow technique to on-line instructional platform on teachers and technicians.The framework and model based on workflow and the workflow module which is designed with the help of WF technique is for the reference of both those involved in developing similar platforms and scholars who are studying workflow and education.
