Rotor spinning is also called airflow spinning. In spinning field, rotor spinning is currently technically matured, widely used and significant in economic efficiency spinning method. At the same time, automatic spinning machines all imported from other countries, therefore manufacture of automatic spinning machines of our own is of great significance. The paper introduces the plan of automatic apparatus which can realize package doffer and yarn starting based on DSP printing circuit board.First, the article present the basic function of automatic apparatus and the technique knowledge involved in the realizing process. This equipment employ TMS320LF2407A printing circuit board which from Texas Instruments Incorporated as developing platform, using I/O module, collect sensor input signals, output control signals and monitor state of the equipment. Event management module output PWM pulse to circuit board of driving electromotor and control action parts exactly. Realizing data communication with mainframe PLC and exchanging information between the apparatus and mainframe is completed by using CAN controller module. All the procedures debugged successfully in integrated development environment CCS2.0 through emulator which has a USB interface. This article mainly deals with the apparatus that could realize a series of motions including automatic package removal, automatic can changing system and starting yarn creation when it receives instruction from mainframe. Furthermore, all motions keep in synchronization with clean and piece motions. This paper is mainly related to controlling electromotor by use of pulse width modulation circuit and data communication based on CAN field bus protocol.Automatic extraction rotor spinning machine is the development project of China Textile Machine Group, this paper is the important part of which. So far, a majority of experiments have been completed and the equipment is in the phase of trial-manufacture.
