Key Technology-oriented Web Applications, Instant Messaging System

Many management information systems and the electronic commerce system have already been developed and carried out in the business enterprise of information-based construction process.How do we notify the business information to the customers in time,make the employees or the customers fast,in time,safety,convenient communication,raise the efficiency of the business enterprise more,particularly the electronic commerce system?Currently in the communication methods,fixed telephone,the mobile-telephone,Email,message,the public Instant Messaging.But,make a phone call too costly,the Email too slowly,the public Instant Messaging insecrity.Therefore,for the sake of the efficiency and the safety electronic-commerce system,especially the large scientific instrument shared service platform of Yunnan Province,we put forward to develop to face to the IM system of the Web application,then make the short message system(SMS)and the Instant Messaging of the Web application put together,the brief name is WebIM system.The Jabber technology is a kind of Instant Messaging technology baseed the Xml technology,mainly according to the opensource Instant Messaging of the XMPP--the Extensible Message Presence Protocol of the source agreement.This articel analysis and research deeply the Jabber technology and XMPP agreement immediately,and contrast to the current IM system,we design to face to the Web application,in keeping with the medium small scaled business enterprise of Instant Messaging platform. This platform includes the server and Web customer.Author mainly studys the XMPP agrement based XML,three core agreements and data of encapsulation,parser,delivery.In the end,we design and carry out the Instand Messaging,design also carry out Web of the customer,including the customer logining,registering,the attribute modification,good friend, deleting,rosters,presence.Making use of the Jabber,we design a short message function,increasing to the movement of correspondence.We adopt to face to a Web technique,so the integration that is easy to with the existing electronic commerce systems and office systems,provided the convenience for the information exchanges of the customer,for the business enterprise of efficiency.
