With the fast development of electronic design field, the electronic system made up of integrated circuit develop in the direction of large scale, small volume and high speed. As the volume of the chip becomes smaller, accordingly the speed of circuit switch, the PCB density and the signal working frequency get larger. How to deal with the signal integrity is crucial to high-speed PCB design. The task of the article is in the process of a certain model radar signal processing system make the hardware design, it introduces signal integrity design method to do the high-speed digital design. Using the theory analysis to be the design instruction, comparing and verifying the analysis of simulation before wiring and the actual wiring result ,it obtains the solving scheme and the design process, succeeds in settling the problem of main processor works stably in high-speed working frequency ,and promotes the performance of the system in a large extent, fully meets the design demand. The signal integrity in the design of high speed digital circuit is analysed and researched in detail in this paper. The main contents include: to introduce the fundamental theories of signal integrity's analysis and research in tie design of high speed digital circuit, including high speed circuit theory, and transmission line theory; to analyze the reasons of reflection, crosstalk and the simultaneous switching noise and the solution in theory ; In practice, by IBIS model, to simulate the given circuit model using simulation software, and to give the testing measures and results of the signal integrity , looking forward to the new trends of digital signal integrity field.
